On March 26th, LouVino will host Louisville’s second annual Somm Slam! On this night, 8 of Louisville’s top Sommeliers will be pairing against each other in a dueling dinner where YOU will be the judge of the best wine + Food Pairing. 

Our chefs have prepared an exciting and bold 4-course menu which will be paired with two blinded wines per course selected by two competing Sommeliers.

Duck confit flatbread, hoisin, greens, pickled vegetable slaw

Alligator andouille étouffée, dirty rice, cornmeal crusted frog leg

Chocolate peanut butter cake, cotton candy, brûléed banana, amarena cherries
