On March 25th, LouVino will host Louisville’s 3rd annual Somm Slam! On this night, 8 of Louisville’s top Sommeliers will be pairing against each other in a dueling dinner where YOU will be the judge of the best wine + Food Pairing. 

Chef Tavis Rockwell and his team have prepared an exciting and bold 4-course menu which will be paired with two blinded wines per course selected by two competing Sommeliers.

A portion of the night’s proceeds will benefit Apron Inc. (http://www.aproninc.org/).

smoked rabbit cassoulet

2nd Course
scallop crudo, ruby red grapefruit and lime, wine poached pear, local mixed greens, buttermilk dressing

3rd Course
braised beef brisket, roasted Frondosa farms mushrooms, root vegetable gratin

4th Course
spumoni napoleon mousse, cardamom shortbread cookie, roasted pistachio, luxardo cherry, chocolate glass
