Guest Chef Gina Stipo (At the Italian Table, ecco la cucina) will be back from her summer in Italy & ready to host her 4th collaborative Wine Dinner Experience @ LouVino Douglass Hills! Join us on a tour of Central Italy for one night only, Tuesday July, 18!

This 4-Course Wine Dinner is $100 per person before tax & gratuity. A $25 per seat deposit is required at your time of reservation. Doors open at 6pm, Dinner starts promptly at  6:30.

1st Course | Panzanella Tuscan Bread Salad | Pane Toscano, cucumber, tomato, red onion, basil, tuscan olive

Orvieto DOC, White Wine from Umbria

 2nd Course | Trofie al Pesto | Imported Trofie pasta, basil pesto, zucchini

Sangiovese Toscano DOC, from Tuscany

3rd Course | Tagliata | Grilled NY Strip, arugula, shaved parmigiana, tuscan roasted potatoes

Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, Tuscany

4th Course | Lemon Ricotta Mousse with Amaretti cookies | House-made lemon ricotta mousse, amarena cherries

Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC, Abruzzo
