Private Dining & Special Events in Louisville

The private dining room at our Douglass Hills location can seat up to 45 guests comfortably and has a 70” TV with satellite TV and can be hooked up to HDMI devices for viewing on the screen. We also have several other options for your event such as our partially covered patio, full restaurant and bar takeovers. If you are booking more than 4 events per year, contact us for LOWER minimums and LouVino rewards with cash back on gift cards!


Starting at 11:00AM and ending as late at 2:00PM on Tuesdays through Fridays. There is a $50 room fee for the private dining room at lunch.

Option 1 : $15 per head – Each guest will be served an entree with shared sides (tots OR brussels), cookies for dessert, and a non-alcoholic beverage.

Option 2 : $22.50 per head – Each guest will be served a soup or salad starter, shared ‘loaded tots’ and brussels, an entree with shared brussels and cookies for dessert, along with a non-alcoholic beverage.


Starting at 10:00AM and ending as late at 2:00PM, on Sundays. Brunch includes selected items off our Douglass Hills brunch menu. Mimosa carafes and Blood Mary’s may also be purchased at normal price during this time and added to the total check. Please contact us for more information on using our private dining room and creating your menu for Sunday Brunch!


Starting at 5:00PM and ending as late as 10:00PM on Tuesday through Saturdays. Dinner minimums: $1,000 food and beverage minimum Tuesday-Thursday, or $2,000 minimum Friday and Saturday (excluding tax and gratuities).
